What is the Polar Plunge?
The Polar Plunge is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations, and businesses to support local Special Olympics athletes by jumping or running into the icy waters of Wisconsin.
In 2010 a total of over
9,500 plungers participated in
twelve Polar Plunges and helped to raise about
$1.7 million for Special Olympics Wisconsin statewide.
Thank you to everyone who participated! Efforts like these make a huge difference in the lives of Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes.

Polar Plunge 2011
This years team took up the challenge to raise money to “Toss the Boss” at this years plunge.
The team had to raise $1000.00 in order for the Chief Bernette to Jump.
The team raised $1820.00 for Special Olympics Wisconsin .
